As a Customer Support you will:
- Support of all customers' requests in German by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns
- The standard client could ask you for: How to send money, where is the nearest WU agency, How to validate a transaction online or offline, the receiver couldn’t retrieve the money sent
- The WU agency (client/office who has WU services) could ask you for: How to troubleshoot my printer, my scanner is not working, how to use WU platform, my digital signature is not working, installation of certificate via remote access
What do we expect:
- Fluency in German (C2 - native)
- Very good English level (min. C1)
- You live anywhere in Greece or you are ready to relocate there (including Islands)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company
- We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything
What we offer:
- Possible start: 19.07
- Competitive monthly salary 1200€ gross + 2 additional salaries per year + up to 150€ monthly performance bonus (In total approx. 1400-1600€ per month)
- Seniority bonuses for local candidates: 300€ paid after 6, 9 and 12 month from start
- 100€ bonus after completion the training
- Accommodation bonus for abroad candidates: 125€ / month
- Full time, fixed-term 12 months Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law (upon the 12 month expiration it moves to permanent contract!)
- Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
- All necessary work equipment (telephone, computer etc.) is provided by the employer
- Public + private health insurance coverage
- We offer fully remote work system - you can be anywhere in Greece
- If you want to relocate to Greece, we offer great relocation support
- We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything - 2-weeks digital training is provided at the beginning of the work (paid by employer)
