Primary Purpose of the Position & Main Responsibilities:
- Support all Coordinator to deliver results that meet 4 MC Plants (safety, quality, customers service, Continuous Improvement, Projects, delivery and cost criteria) while operating with company policy and respecting all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Plan, manage and control all activities associated with the plants, respectively, from the receipt of raw material to the presentation of the finished product.
- Management Mounting Centers Plants policies/processes/programs through leadership and written and verbal communication.
- Communicate short, medium and long term strategy for the company and production / investment plan.
- Provide leadership and support for the deployment of Plant Optimization across aligned with Mounting Centers Plants strategies and tactics in order to ensure a successful and sustainable implementation.
- Ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately and properly and that all operations records are properly maintained and reviewed
- Ensure and Protect all Company assets within Mounting Centers Plants, to include but not limited to inventory, tools, and equipment with the goal of reducing operating costs.
- Participate and support in business negotiations with customers and Commercial Area.
- Responsible for analysis of investments and participate in decisions regarding new projects.
- Promote and Lead Driving continuous improvements system to improve cost, productivity, waste, quality, safety, people, communication and environmental performance.;
- Ensure compliance with the objectives of safety, ergonomic, health and environmental processes,
Education & Certifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Administration or Economy is desired

- MBA: Production, Administration, business, Quality
- Good Knowledge in Excel, PPT and office package in general

- 5 Years of experience with Original Equipment business and Negotiation
- Experience in Team Leadership
- Background in Quality and Continuous improvement
- Cost and Financial analysis P&L
- Strong Communication, Business, Analytical and Planning Skills
- Management Experience in a Union Agreement
