About the Role (Role Summary)
Responsible for market development, dealer management, dealer business specialist team management and sales work in the region under its jurisdiction; Achieve the responsible performance target according to the sales target; Provide solutions to local customers based on market and customer needs. Promote new product and expand new channel.
What You Do (Responsibility)
1.Carried out sales work according to the sales targets of the company and the department, and achieved various sales targets, track the payment collection process;
2.Proactively collect project information and make reasonable analysis to improve the success rate of the project;
3.Analyzed the existing market and customers, found the potential needs of customers, guided the existing needs of relevant customers, and achieved the sales target;
4.According to the characteristics of customer needs, provide customers with the best product solutions;
5.Independently conduct business negotiations with customers, establish customer relations, and improve contract amount and profit margin;
6.Responsible for coordinating various internal and external resources, solving problems in project implementation and improving customer satisfaction;
7.New product promotion, new channel expansion;
8.Understand customer needs and potential needs through customer return visits, so as to improve customer satisfaction and facilitate customer secondary development;
9.Other work items assigned by superior leaders.
The Skills and Experience you need:
1. College degree or above, 2-5 years or more working experience in building materials.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, serious and responsible, good sense of discipline, team work and innovative spirit.
3. Cheerful personality, strong expression and communication skills, with certain ability to work under pressure.
4. Proficient in using OFFICE software.
5. Fluent Chinese and Vietnamese
