JOB DESCRIPTION:-
· Work together with purchaser in accountable for the stock balance for incoming and outgoing goods.
· To ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
· To ensure the stock record are up-to-date in system and accurate .
· To ensure quantity are accurate and tally.
· To ensure the quality of goods are maintained with proper handling of storage.
· To monitor storekeeper in receiving of goods and arranging of goods.
. Prepare and filling Daily job reequipment.
. Prepare inventory closing report every month.
· Upkeep the cleanliness, security and arrangement of goods for the warehouse to prevent/reduce workplace accident/health hazards.
· Any other duties as and when required by the company.
JOB REQUIREMENT: -
· Candidate must possess at least SPM holder or Diploma.
· At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
· Able to work independently.
· Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively.
· Knowledge in AUTO COUNT system is advantageous.
· Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS excel.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin (added advantage).
· Immediate vacancy & 5 days work from 9am - 5.30pm
· Based in Bukit Kemuning, Shah Alam (Nearby by kg Jawa roundabout).
