We are a household name within the industry and are currently seeking a Head of Client Experience for our Healthcare Divisions based in London.

The Role

As a Head of Client Experience, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our clients throughout their journey with our company. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will establish and maintain strong client relationships, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to drive client-centricity and exceptional service delivery.
