AlgoSec is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Team Leader to join our dynamic team. We are a global company with a scrum team of approximately 10 talented engineers located across different regions.

As a leader within our organization, you will play a key role in driving the development of AlgoSec's growth-engine security management solution, a cutting-edge SaaS product that enables enterprises to enhance network security through micro-segmentation and application-centric modeling.

Responsibilities:

 In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a diverse team of Full Stack software developers and automation developers. Your responsibilities will extend beyond leadership as you engage in hands-on software design and coding. As part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with team members based in Israel (IL) as well as other locations worldwide to ensure the successful delivery of our product.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, both back-end (Java 5 years, C++ knowledge) and front-end (rich client side technologies such as AngularJS, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, etc.).
• Experience in Spring Framework
• Experience in leading SaaS software development project or a product development scrum team
• Talent for motivating people with a "can do" attitude and leading projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team player, pleasant person to work with, high level of integrity Very bright, fast learner, independent and organized. A multitasker

Desired But Not Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the Network Security space.
• Experience in PHP development.
• Experience in Linux/UNIX environments.
• Experience with unit, system and integration tests
• Experience with Perl.
• Experience in Python.
