We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Operations Executive to join our team in Riyadh. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for managing the logistics application user base, gathering business requirements, and maintaining the seamless operation of our systems. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of operational logistics expertise and technical proficiency, particularly in SQL database management, ETL design, and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the addition and deletion of users based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to understand and implement user configurations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL database management.
- Design and execute ETL processes, ensuring efficient data flow within the logistics application.
- Deploy ETL solutions to live instances with minimal disruption.
- Install, configure, and maintain the logistics application for optimal performance.
- Conduct routine system checks and promptly address any issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems.
- Engage with business owners and stakeholders to gather and understand logistics-related requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for system enhancements or modifications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of user configurations, system changes, and ETL processes.
- Provide documentation for troubleshooting and training purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations and user management.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL database management and ETL processes.
- Experience in application installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
