Job Description & Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepares and issues invoices and credit notes
  • Prepare monthly statement of accounts for customers
  • Weekly update and follow-up of wholesale collections with sales team and departmental stores for concessionaire sales.
  • Processing and verifying of all sales receipts.
  • Prepare & post ecommerce sales & receipt.
  • Filing.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your direct report

Requirements:

  • LCCI /Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Preferably 1- 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage

The successful candidate will have a proven track record with demonstrated skill in the following areas:

  • Well organized and structured thought process
  • Meticulous with attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with systems
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Speed and accuracy in terms of work quality
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced envirionment
