Job Role
We are looking to recruit a part time administrator to assist with the day-to-day running of the organisation. Tasks will include;
- Supporting all management teams to carry out daily administrative tasks
- Handle and re-direct incoming calls and act as a first line of contact for the company
- Assist customers with bookings for a variety of services
- Creating and manage company documents and spreadsheets
- Manage social media messages and communication to customers
- Liaise with customers and clients to aid the organisation and effectiveness of companies services
Essential skills, experience and qualifications
To be considered for the role we are looking for someone who is:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Professional telephone manner
· Previous experience in a customer service role
· Excellent IT skills
· Excellent organisational skills
Number of hours per week
15 hours
Working pattern and contracted hours
9.30am-12.30pm Monday – Friday (This can be flexible)
Work from home with occasional office based meetings
28 days holiday entitlement

£8,400
